Daniel Bauer Academy of Makeup & Hair

The Daniel Bauer Academy is a trading division of ISAS Beauty School Pvt Ltd . We operate fully owned academies and offline courses in Mumbai, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Pune, Indore, Surat, Nagpur and Ahmednagar and we also operate courses online.  Our offline courses are blended learning, involving class tuition, online learning and distance learning and on occasion on the job learning on film and photo shoots across India. All academy courses, be they offline or online require a non refundable. The Deposit is a students’ commitment to join our academy and as such, we reserve the student’s place on the basis of receipt of said deposit. While we trade with the present concern of COVID-19, all students and staff who attend class are  also agreeing to conduct a PCR Covid-19 test. Only on receipt on a PCR Negative Covid-19 result, valid for 24 to 36 hours can staff or students be permitted to enter our academy training centres. As part of our offline courses in Mumbai, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Pune, Indore, Surat, Nagpur and Ahmednagar, we provide students with portfolio shoots, should a student be unwilling to attend the photoshoot, the student in terns agrees to to 10,ooo INR (+GST) photoshoot rescheduling fee.

Gross Misconduct

Gross misconduct is an act or behaviour sufficiently serious to lead to dismissal without notice or pro-rata payment in lieu of notice (PILON). Given the severe implications of gross misconduct, it will be important for students to ensure they acting fairly, lawfully and consistently in taking disciplinary action against a students for gross misconduct. Grounds for misconduct can also repeated delay in payment of students fees; repeated absence from class; failure to comply COVI-19 & Health & Safety Protocols; with bringing the academy, its students or staff into disrepute.
